Payment methods we accept:
1. Credit card online: Type ONLY your credit card billing address on the payment form. Do not type or click on any other address on the payment form. This enables the automated system to confirm your billing address. We use PayPal, the high-security online payment processing service.
2. Money order via U.S. Mail: Select "Mailing Payment" on the order form and our system will send you an email with payment mailing instructions.

Order processing time:  Orders paid by credit card online are processed fastest. Orders paid by money order are processed as soon as we receive the money order (but we go to the post office about twice a week). You can pay for your order by check, but it takes quite a while because Love That Cat must send it to the bank by US Mail for deposit and then wait for our bank to send check clearance notice by U.S. Mail.

EPS cat furniture shipping time:  About three weeks from the time of payment until the shipping out day. It takes from one to seven business days to travel from the studio to you, depending on your location. (It may take longer if you are outside of the 48 states or you are in a remote or rural location).

Shipping damage:  Shipping damage is rare, but if your item arrives with any damage, it is important to contact the shipping company quickly to report it and hold on to the shipping box and packing materials.
